Following up swiftly from his first Symmetry release 'The Mist', DSP is back on board with a Solo single 'Unruly / Those Days'. Flipping the script on his style with these ones, DSP directs his same high quality and detailed production skills to a Jungle themed release.
'Unruly' has a dub inspired backbone, using an addictive Reggae vocal lick throughout the track, intertwined with floaty dub skanks and modern but classic flavoured pads. Dark sweeping almost cinematic bass sounds are answered wit classic wobble subs, carried across by impeccable and rolling Jungle breaks.
'Those Days' follows on a with similar theme in the perfect moody B Side style. Uplifting and slightly pitch warped pads lead the intro into a subtle but powerful sub heavy drop. A mystical, very 90's era bell loop flickers in every few bars giving the track a classic reminiscent vibe, DSP's production and engineering touches however keep both tracks sounding fresh and modern.
